Ok so just to get you up to speed with everything.
I started body building at March 7th 2010 (first time really getting into it) after an encounter with a girl at a music festivle basically, the few words she said changed who I wanted to be and how I look. At that time I had a bit of fat and average size muscles, but the desire to get bigger. I also supercharged my progress by luckly having a work mate who actually competed in natural bodybuilding competitions when he was younger and who is a qualified personal trainer, he helped me get a workout and diet into effect and always answered my little questions I had to ask.
Before all this I tried to get into shape but had no real direction and didn't quite know what I was doing (lol). But after the advice and proper equipment I was on my way to that body. Also I have never - to date - picked up a weight in a gym before, I do all my lifting at home. I do go to a gym now but only to do kick boxing and palates. I still do my lifting at home.
I currently take no supplements but occasionally take natural test boosters (just the dried up plants like tribulus ect) but I am on a take nothing and eat normally phase now, just to make my body not get used to everything and then break the tolerance's to supplements and workouts.
My current workout and diet is:
Friday kickboxing and palates, do some skipping on random days and eat whatever (but try to eat more protein)
This is about to change as I have just got free gym membership to do Muay Thai training on the weekdays. I have some supps in the cupboard that I can use but I have to get into the swing of things first.
I also have some pics on my laptop that I will upload later on to show you my progress. I will also fill you in on things abit later on in the blog but for now Il just do the introduction.
